I sit here in this moment, in a celebration of one's life, and reflect on the moments shared together. I met sweet Meredith and Bruce at a beautiful old historic home in Historic Pomona. They really did love the home and we then met after that moment and knew it wasn't going to be their next home sweet home, we had long talks after. It became Lori should I do this or that to my home, is this a good choice or not for my home. Complete strangers brought together randomly. And those moments matter. The moments that matter to our soul. The people we love and the time we spend together. The moments captured and remembered forever. Those moments matter. Strangers we were and yet sisters and brothers united in faith and belief all because of three people; Meredith, Bruce, and Lori have a faith greater than themselves and a love for a mighty God who exudes love!
I have learned in my 14 years in this business that the only thing that matters in the end is the relationships I have formed and maintained through it all. I have stayed 110% present in all of it, through prayer and concern and love. I am so thankful for the souls I have met and the smiles and moments they share with me. I am so thankful for the souls that all walk side by side on our paths and when we choose to look up and smile and say thank you for that moment, that person.
Today I am abundantly thankful and grateful for the souls I meet everyday.
May I leave everyone better, loved, and valued as He does us.
Be boldly blessed.
