Real Estate Tip of the Week:

BUYERS.

"It is challenging out there, and don't be discouraged. My tip to you is one, get an agent who's excited to work with you, and two, get an agent who is going to do the work. And if they're excited to work with you, they are going to do the work because this is not an easy market. There is a lack of inventory. There are offers that are going higher and higher and higher and higher, and this market is not built for every buyer. So you gotta be in it for the long haul. You gotta be willing to do what is necessary to make that purchase. So if you don't like that type of intensity or pressure, Consider waiting to buy a house, just know that with waiting comes the opportunity of prices, either increasing or decreasing. So you make that decision. Not every market is made for every buyer, just as not every market is made for every seller And this market, I just went over pricing with a set of buyers that are going to be writing an offer. Uh, and those buyers are like, wow. 55,000 over the listed price, 30,000 over the listed price. The asking number, what you see in the MLS, and then where it actually ended up. You have to be very creative right now, buyers. So again, my tip for you is to get out there and find yourself an agent."
