088: How to handle change!!
Today Lori & Amy are sharing their personal experiences of how to handle change and what to do. Lori is someone that just goes petal to the metal and focuses on the positive things! Lori just goes and thinks about everything later. She takes it one step at a time and faces problems as they come up. Amy, on the other hand, loves to think about the situation at hand and plans what she needs to do. Amy needs more moral support and has designated people she likes to call to help her stay positive and change her perspective on negative things. Cause if you’re dealing with change, it’s all about perspective, perspective, perspective!!! You always want to stay positive and just keep GOING.

The closing of one chapter and the beginning of another? What excites you the most about change? How long does it normally take you to make a decision? What does it mean to you to be there for a client amidst changes? Does it make you feel valued? What are some challenges when you walk the journey with a buyer or seller.

If you're struggling to make a change... As the kids would say, SEND IT. (just go for it) Release what you can't control Get excited about the opportunities the changes bring Start making a game plan De-Stress! Ask for wisdomHow do you know this community is going to be right for your family?
Will it be a community that will protect them, nurture them, and come along side you to build them into who they are meant to be?
Does their graduation mean it's time to move?
