If you have it in your real estate goals for this year and are planning to sell in the Spring, there are a number of things to do to help YOUR home stand out. Today Lori talks about 4 important tips to remember as a seller to make your home top notch and ready for the spring competition. Although she is only talking about 4 important tips there are SO many more to consider.

4 Important Tips You need to stand out from the rest

Sunlight sells- Make sure if you have dark lights or not enough light or heavy drapes, light bulbs out- fix it ALL! Make sure it looks great, bright and cheery.
Curbside Pretty - The way your front yard looks MATTERS.
the Front door matters- No cobwebs, the light works, fresh ( easiest way is a few potted plants)
Most important- the front door unlocks! Make it appealing curbside. Put your things ESPECIALLY your hoses away.
The Front Door Matters - Does it lock and unlock correctly. If the potential buyer does’t feel safe… THEY WONT BUY YOUR HOME. Not only for selling purposes, but for your own safety make sure your front door functions correctly.
Make the temperature comfortable. Turn the Air Conditioner on
