Curious what it takes to be a million dollar real estate investor?

Here are a list of things to keep in mind when you are moving your real estate goals forward:

Get Motivated -> Find your BIG WHY or your BIG GOALS

Aquire knowledge and focus -> Understanding the path of money ( It will be life changing and necessary to move your investing forward)
- LEARN the real estate market!

Build your network - but how??
-> Interview people
-> Listen to podcast and watch youtube videos to learn|
-We all have videos that will entertain and educate- That means we are ready to be hired
and if you enjoy what you are listening too then you may have found your starting point of your
network

*** THIS WILL CHANGE REGULARLY AS YOU GROW**

Define the criteria of what it is you want to invest in
-> It will look different from others
[ From strip malls or commercial business to luxury homes - ONLY YOU know what you want ]

Generate Leads - but again.. how??

->Open houses and TALKING ( I see a pattern here…) - put it out there!
->Tell people WHAT you are doing
->Prospect those leads
->Build and work the data base
->MARKET for those leads

***GOTTA TALK REAL ESTATE ( again.. pattern here ) ***

Find a lead - Where do they come from?
->Convert suspects to prospects
->Inspect properties
->Engage with your network
->Interview with the sellers

In California it is NOT required to have an agent however we do recommend having an agent just because they are there to support you and walk WITH you through the process
