SUBSCRIBE TO THE PODCAST

Will you be my real estate agent….?

So how do you ask a real estate agent to be… your agent?

FIRST AND FOREMOST: there is NO perfect real estate agent. BUT there IS a real estate agent that is RIGHT for you! But how do you find THAT agent??

Let’s break it down a little:

First things first: You really want to interview any and all agents. 2-3 agents is what we would personally recommend before deciding which one to have represent you.

  1. Contact agent

  2. Have a consultation

  3. Make a decision

  4. Sign the contract

Now.. how about a buyer’s agent??

PAY ATTENTION to details that is IN the contract.

Have a consultation to figure out what you are looking for in a property AND what you want in a community. So how do you hire them??

  1. Research local agent ( personal recommendations are ALWAYS great!)

  2. Have a buyer’s consultation

  3. Choose the right agent to help you move forward and has you at their best interest.

  4. Sign the buyer’s contract.

Tune into episode 130 to hear more about how to hire your agent and what kind of agent YOU might need!
