We are back at it again! Lori and Amy dive into the CRAZY real estate market. What might be some of the best advice out there in today’s real estate market especially if you are needing or wanting to buy.. YOU CAN buy now REFINANCE LATER! Keep in mind though you still do NOT want to buy outside your current budget. It still has to fit the financial books and make sense for YOU.

The biggest challenge right now is that there is NO way to understand how quick any transaction can close.

so what now.. what does today’s real estate market mean for the future?

—> Chat with your financial advisor FIRST. Financial advisor, lender to understand where you are financially and what you can ACTUALLY afford. No one wants you to go under.. we all want our buyers to succeed! We all want you to move your real estate goals forward.

6 months of inventory just means we would be in a BUYERS MARKET. Currently we are only at a 2.1 months worth of inventory. We have not been in a buyer’s market since 2018. WOW! How crazy is that! But the market is slowly changing… VERY slowly.
