While the property didn’t need major repairs or renovation in its current condition, Lori said, “I like to make sure that my property is something I would live in. And I'm going to tell you, that property is better than my house…it’s so modern and up to date now.”

Buy in December! That’s a wonderful time to buy, and it’s when Lori chooses to pay attention to her investment choices the most. Less people are trying to buy a home in December!

Don’t overlook a home that seems perfect, but is missing just one thing. Ask your agent if there is a potential to add an extra bath, or modify for a laundry room, etc. You never know what potential renovations you can make!
