Do you dream of walking your little ones to school each morning? Living conveniently close to your children's schools may sound incredible. But, there are a few things to consider when choosing just how close you really want to be.
Here are the PROS and CONS of living near a school.
Pros
Easy access to school day to day
Easy to be involved in after school activities
Easy access to the fields/parks
Well maintained roads (most likely)
Often watched over by Sherriffs
Increased property value if in a great school district and spot
“Property values do differ for college only because college towns tend to be a little less income area. So potentially the income in that area is lesser because it's mainly made up of students who are not yet making a ton of money.
